Returns Eligibility
Products may be returned if they were incorrectly ordered or defective.
Handling Fee
A 30% handling fee applies to returns of incorrectly ordered goods.
Ownership & Risk
Goods remain property of E-BikeTec until full payment is received.
Returns of unpaid goods may be refused or subject to additional terms.
Conditions for Return
Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Return requests must be made within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7 or 14 days of receipt).
Return Process
Customer submits a return request (via email or website).
E-BikeTec authorizes return and provides instructions (return shipping address, packaging guidelines).
Upon receipt and inspection, E-BikeTec issues refund minus the 30% fee for incorrect orders.
If the return is due to defective or incorrect supply by E-BikeTec, the handling fee may be waived or replaced at no cost.
