Returns Eligibility         

• Products may be returned if they were incorrectly ordered or defective.         

Handling Fee         

• A 30% handling fee applies to returns of incorrectly ordered goods.         

Ownership & Risk         

• Goods remain property of E-BikeTec until full payment is received.         

• Returns of unpaid goods may be refused or subject to additional terms.         

Conditions for Return         

• Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.         

• Return requests must be made within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7 or 14 days of receipt).         

Return Process         

1. Customer submits a return request (via email or website).         

2. E-BikeTec authorizes return and provides instructions (return shipping address, packaging guidelines).         

3. Upon receipt and inspection, E-BikeTec issues refund minus the 30% fee for incorrect orders.         

4. If the return is due to defective or incorrect supply by E-BikeTec, the handling fee may be waived or replaced at no cost.
