Terms and Conditions
Pricing
All prices are subject to Rate of Exchange (R.O.E.) fluctuations.
Prices are quoted excluding delivery charges. Delivery costs will be confirmed at the time of order.
Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of E-BikeTec (Pty) Ltd until payment is received in full.
Ownership only transfers to the customer once funds have cleared into E-BikeTec’s account.
Returns and Handling Fees
Returned goods that were incorrectly ordered are subject to a 30% handling fee.
Handling fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Discounts
Discounts apply only if payment is received within the stated Terms of Payment.
Late payments may result in discounts being revoked.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of sale.
Full settlement must be made within the agreed period to avoid additional charges or suspension of services.
Liability
E-BikeTec (Pty) Ltd is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as courier services, customs, or supplier constraints.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility of ordered parts with their e-bike systems.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of South African courts.
